INFORMATION:

Original 1939 British Government publication issued by His Majesty’s Stationery Office: Miscellaneous No. 9 (1939), Cmd. 6106 — “Documents Concerning German-Polish Relations and the Outbreak of Hostilities Between Great Britain and Germany on September 3, 1939.”
Presented to Parliament by the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, this historically significant volume contains official documents relating to the events immediately preceding Britain’s declaration of war on Germany at the beginning of the Second World War. It is commonly referred to as the British War Blue Book. The edition is a London HMSO publication from 1939 and is approximately 195 pages.

 

CONDITION:

Fair antique condition. Original 1939 HMSO printed wrappers, with considerable wear, marks, creasing and edge damage. Binding/spine worn and pages age-toned, but the text remains readable. Please study photographs carefully.
